How do I install the Agent Panel?

Install on Zendesk

- Install the Aide integration for Zendesk here

Provide these instructions to each member of your team:

- Login to Zendesk and open any ticket

- Locate the "pin app" button on the far right sidebar

- Locate Aide and "pin" it so the Agent Panel is always available on the sidebar

Install on Front App

- Install the Aide integration for Front here

Provide these instructions to each member of your team:

- Login to your Front inbox

- Locate the "manage integrations" button on the far right sidebar

- Locate Aide and "pin" it so the Agent Panel is always available on the sidebar
