Aide is importing my data, now what?

When you connect a Helpdesk integration, Aide imports your ticket history to identify patterns and learn from past conversations.

The import can take as long as 24 hours.

At the end of the import, Aide generates a list of common topics unique to your business. These will be applied to your historical tickets and all future tickets as well.
