Reword the text
“Text in the widget” lists every string, grouped by the screen it appears on: the home screen, menu, conversation, product and order cards, satisfaction survey, help articles and proactive messages. The current wording shows in each empty field. Type to replace it, leave a field empty to keep the default, or select “Reset all”. With several languages on, there’s a tab per language. The live preview shows your wording as you type. Text can use the placeholders the default shows, such as{agentName}, {name} for a signed-in shopper’s first name, or {n} in counts. Counts have a singular and a plural form.
