Salesforce
Connect Salesforce and Aide shows who the customer is beside every conversation, and its AI can read the fields you choose, so replies can take account of a customer’s plan, tier or language without anyone looking them up. Aide never writes to Salesforce.Connect Salesforce
- Open Integrations > Salesforce.
- Enter your Salesforce domain, the part before
.my.salesforce.com. For a sandbox, enter its domain with the sandbox name, likeyour-company--uat.sandbox. - Select Connect and approve Aide.
Choose what syncs
- Contacts sync by default, with fields from their account. Switch on Leads for prospects not converted yet, and Accounts for customers who are business accounts.
- Pick the fields to sync for each object, and drag them into the order you want. Name, email and phone always sync, since they’re how Aide finds the customer.
- Each picked field has its own AI can read it switch. The AI reads the first 20 switched-on fields that have a value, in your order.
How Aide matches the customer
Aide matches a conversation by its helpdesk or email sender, a signed-in widget visitor’s user ID, a WhatsApp number, or email. An email a website visitor typed without signing in is shown to your team marked “Unverified”, and the AI doesn’t read it. When several contacts share the customer’s email, your team sees up to three of them and the AI reads none. Every synced field can also be a scenario condition, listed under “salesforce” in the condition picker.WooCommerce
To connect a store, open Integrations > WooCommerce, enter your store URL (for examplehttps://yourstore.com) and select Connect. WooCommerce asks you to approve access, then sends you back to Aide. You can connect more than one store.
